Frostbite 10 Miler

This Saturday is the last in our winter Frostbite series! How about an 8am start time in the daylight at the Church Lane trail entrance we used for our half marathon? ***There will be a few G9’ers starting at 7am too. We will be running two laps to Tapp Road and back. Some people will be racing, some running tempo and others will be jogging. I encourage you to take on the challenge to cap off your Frostbite series. We will have water at the start and at Tapp Road. What do you think? Any suggestions or changes? Are you in?

And if you plan on taking longer than two hours, I might suggest you start at 7:30am (first light).
