If your finish time will be greater than one hour, please plan on starting at 5:45 am.
If your finish time will be less than one hour, please plan on starting at 6:00 am.
Plan on 12 laps of G9. Each lap is 845 meters. The course will be slightly longer than 10K (+140 meters).
The race will be self-timed. I will have a clipboard for you to write down your finish time.
We will have tables available for you to use as an aid station. I suggest you cover the top of your water bottles with a disposable plastic bag to prevent any possible contamination.
Our G9 races are a great way to experiment with nutrition, strategy etc. Take some risks and try something new.
