Every year, I schedule a physical with my physician. Prior to the visit, I complete the following blood tests that we can discuss during our time together:
Lipid Panel (cholesterol)
Thyroid Panel
CBC (red/white blood cell panels)
Vitamin B
Vitamin D
Iron/ferritin panel,
Optional DEXA Scan for body composition profile
Optional Testosterone (yes, even for women).Hope this helps! And remember to get your vaccinations too!
