      Just a reminder that we will end our late summer training with our first G9 Half Marathon on Halloween.

      Next up will be the Frostbite series with a 3K race in November, a five miler in December and a Brrrr 10 miler in January.

      And once again we will celebrate the holiday season with 25 days of running in December!

      No easy way!
