First choice is to join Teresa or Jeremy on their individual workouts.
Second choice is to do the following:
3-6x G9 loops with 3′ Easy between. Ideally you start at the normal starting place on the first one. After finishing it, easy jog around the loop for 3′ and start the next one at the intersection at the top of the G9 hill. Rinse and repeat. This way the odd loops end a bit on the downhill and the even loops end a bit on the uphill. No easy way!
