      Two choices:

      5x (G9 Half Loop fast Uphill/2′ Easy return back to start. On the fifth one stay at the stop sign for 2′ and then reverse your direction back down for 5x (Half Loop Fast Downhill/2′ Easy return back to start).

      OR

      30′ Progressive run. Start easy and make each lap progressively faster for 30′ total.
