Thanks!! I’ll do something like this with my bike!
LynneParticipantWe did run 10x a 4-sided loop though! Happy Birthday Laura!! She makes 40 look like 20!
LynneParticipantHooray!!
LynneParticipantSurgery was completed 2 weeks ago and I’m now released back to running and my normal daily routine! Thanks for cheering me on through all of that. See you all at practice!
LynneLynneParticipantI’m cheering for you guys! Thanks for checking on me and encouraging me. Hope to see my Gate 9 family soon! Mike will call Sue today after the surgery with an update. Love, Lynne:)
LynneParticipantI’m in as much as possible.:)
LynneParticipantThanks you guys! I’m getting all my scans this week, cancer surgery mid January. Ankle is still sore but am going to get off my duff and ride my indoor bike while I wait to run. I miss running and miss you all. I’ll be back!! Thanks so much for your support! Love, Lynne
LynneParticipantThis is great information! I’m getting there early with Mary. Thanks for giving us this race to look forward to and for being the ring leader of this awesome circle of friends.
See you all tomorrow!
(Mike bought me a hat with a light and reflectors. I might go as a school crossing guard. Haha)LynneParticipantCount me in!
LynneParticipantSort of related to pacing, Garmin has added a new Pace Pro feature. If your Garmin is compatible, use USB to connect your Garmin to your computer running the free Garmin Express app to install it. You set your pace goals and add it like tou do a Garmin Workout. As you run it shows where you are compared to your goal and adjusts your pace to account for it. Pretty neat-o.
